We received a donation from the coop sunniside of £1254.14 from their local community fundraising.
We have our first coffee morning of the year on May 14th at Prudhoe Church Hall. Please come along and support us. 0900-1200
We received a donation from North East Ambulance Service control room where they run a tuck shop and all profits are donated to small charity's every month.

Karen Sharkey is doing a 12 mile sponsored walk to raise money for Macie's Story. This will be on July 4th. Starting at Prudhoe Riverside, walking to Newburn and back.
On July 5th at the Dr Syntax - Prudhoe where Ricky Moore will again join us with his fantastic Hypnotist Show.
This year we have bought new toys for the GNCH ward 1a and will also be giving christmas presents for the patients who will spend christmas day in hospital.

We recently had our 1st fundraising night for Macie at the Dr Syntax in Prudhoe that consisted of a hypnotist, bitter sweet hearts and a drag act, we also did raffles with lots of raffle donations from many local businesses and we are so so so grateful, it could not have been done without the help of everyone. We raised £3677 in total.

Some of Hammerite (Prudhoe) Staff took part in the Colour run at Sunderland on the Sunday 20th July to raise money for Maicie's Story - Many Thanks to all who took part and also the people who sponsored them. So far the total is £1370.60.

Cheryl, Macie's mum did a bungee jump at Newcastle's Tyne Bridge to raise awareness for Intestinal Pseudo Obstruction and raising money towards research. Big thanks to extreme sensations who the bungee was through, they were fab on the day putting our banner up and taking photos for their website, also to everyone who sponsored Cheryl.
Alan Hillary arranged a sponsored 7mile walk which many took part in. Many thanks to alan and participants. This money was donated straight to GNCH Ward 1a - seperate to the £1000 already donated.
